Our safe and secure payments method:

• Once the reservation has been made, the lessee will be issued a contract via email or fax.
• The contract will specify the full identification of the owner(s) including the bank transfer instruction.
• The Reservation requires 25% of the total rental rates to be paid to the owner(s) bank account after receiving the contracts.
• The balance amount can either be paid 2 weeks prior to the arrival or paid in cash upon arrival at the villa.
• At your arrival, a security returnable check deposit of 1500Euros is required and will be returned to you in full at the end of your stay after a complete check of the condition of the villa has been made and there is no discrepancies or damages incurred to the property.
